This years tournament will use all 27 holes at Bunker Hills to speed up the time of play. The tournament is a shotgun start at 1pm with the dinner, silent auction, and awards to follow at 6pm. For more information contact:

The 2008 meeting will be held May 16-17th, 2008 at the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN. Some highlights of this year's meeting;

Pedicatric Surgery and Surgical Subspecialty Update is presented by the Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. Dr. James Engels will be presenting "Overuse Injuries of the Pediatric Athlete". Persons from the Minnesota Athletic Trainers may attend Dr. James Engels presentation from 1:30-230 pm and then stay as long as they would like after the session. Dr. James Engels participates in a Q&A session from 2:30-2:45. There would be no charge though it is important that they pre register by calling or emailing Lorelei Noire so they can plan on the necessary materials and snack food for the afternoon. The StarTRACKS program is designed for individuals interested in the study of leadership. The curriculum developed is vigorous and is expected to take up to two years to complete. The program requires a combination of reading, online research, workshops, and community experience such as Toastmasters. For specific details on the curriculum contact Judy Pulice at jpulice@nata.org.
The GLATA is sponsoring two (2) Leadership Scholars in 2008-2010. Upon completion of the course of study, Leadership Scholars will be awarded a Certificate of Leadership.
